Welcome to this Modern Retreat. Upon entry you’ll be greeted with a large, open space perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring or working or entertaining your family and friends. You’ll find a huge and comfortable sectional couch and big screen tv. This space opens up to the dining table to allow seating all in one space. Also in this large room is the desk and work space, for any working professionals needing to squeeze in some work. Head into the kitchen and find everything you need to cook, sip and host. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need. Down the stairs is a full sized laundry room and out the back door is a private yard area. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms. Both rooms have comfort in mind, each sporting a hybrid luxury mattress. One room is equipped with a king sized bed, full sized comfortable futon, a sitting chair, and a large screen tv. The other room has a queen bed and sitting chair. The bathroom has a modern and clean feel with all new tile, and hosts a tub and shower. You’ll find this space to be very comfortable and accommodating, but also in the perfect location for whatever is on your Colorado checklist. Come stay, sip, play or work at the Modern Retreat.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
