Walking right in to the space, you’ll find an open and bright space, perfect for your large group gatherings. Watch the game or gather as friends on the leather wrap around couch and 75” tv. Head to the connected kitchen area, where you can cook while engaging with the group. Clink your glasses at the bar and cheers to friends over a good meal. You’ll also find extra dining in this space, so to fit all friends in one space. Before we head to the bar and game room, let’s check out the bedrooms. Up the stairs, you’ll find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master is oversized and suitable for a king, naturally with a king bed. It has luxury mattress with a cashmere top, ooh la la. With a mounted tv, oversized closet and attached private bath, you have everything you need. There is a a second guest full bath, and 2 more bedrooms with queen luxury mattresses. Head back downstairs to the basement and find the game room and bar hang out, with a full bar set up, a 55” mounted tv, foosball and arcade game. There is a full bath, the 3rd full bath in the home, and 2 bedrooms with queen luxury mattresses. We know that a good nights sleep and a comfortable bed is key, while not sacrificing style. If we walk out the back door, we flow right into an oversized patio with 6 comfortable padded chairs and a fire pit. It’s perfect for the late night gatherings. Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
