Welcome to the Modern Charmer. True to its name, you'll find a comfortable, yet Modern Charm to the space. Walk right in to a large, open area, with a wrap around sectional that is also a queen sleeper sofa and a 75' smart tv. You'll also find a large dining table that fits 6 comfortably. This space accommodates your entire party for entertaining, gathering and relaxing in one big area. There is even an office space for any remote working needs or needing to get some quick work done on your vacation. Walking into the kitchen, you'll notice a freshly remodeled and clean space, stocked with everything you may need for all your cooking and baking needs. Downstairs is a fully stocked laundry room with a large washer and dryer. The back door takes you to the back yard space and grill. Heading upstairs, there are 2 good sized bedrooms. The larger one offers 2 queen beds with luxury mattresses and soft cotton sheets and duvets and a large wall mounted smart tv. The 2nd bedroom has another queen bed with a luxury hybrid mattress and the same comfortable bedding, and has an additional full sized futon, comfortable enough to sleep 2 adults. The bathroom offers a tub, shower and is white and bright. Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
