Guests have access to the entire home, backyard patio and garage. The only space locked out is the private storage area. The guests have the entire home to themselves.

The neighborhood is unique in that its located on a National Wildlife Refuge on one side with a large Recreational Lake on the other. You can see the lake and mountains from the home, as its situated in the perfect location. There is a wonderful marketplace with restaurants and a brewery located at the top of the street and a King Soopers marketplace located at the bottom of the street. You have all the amenities you need close by for simplicity and also outdoor activities, such as biking, hiking, walking, as well as paddle boarding and kayaking rentals, and more.

Hiking, walking or biking the trails are located in the neighborhood. Five Parks is a 5 minute drive, and Old Towne Arvada is an amazing historical downtown area within 15 minutes.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
