The neighborhood is unique in that its located on a National Wildlife Refuge on one side with a large Recreational Lake on the other. You can see both from the home, as its situated in the perfect location. There is a wonderful marketplace with restaurants and a brewery located at the top of the street and a King Soopers marketplace located at the bottom of the street. You have all the amenities you need close by for simplicity and also outdoor activities, such as biking, hiking, walking, as well as paddle boarding and kayaking rentals, and more.

Hiking, walking or biking the trails is located right out the back door. Five Parks is nearby driving, and Old Towne Arvada is an amazing historical downtown area within 15 minutes.
